At PurePaste, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund under our money-back guarantee.

To qualify, you’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@purepasteproducts.com.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label, and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Items Not Covered Under the Guarantee

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund under this policy, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, supplements with opened seals)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used (other than PurePaste covered under our money-back guarantee)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

5. Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, even without justification. Your item must still be in its original, unused condition, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
